Photos & Videos
We may use photos and videos taken during the tour for promotional purposes on our social media accounts (Instagram, X, etc.), website and booking platforms. If you would prefer not to appear, please tell the guide at the start of the tour. If you ask us after posting, we will remove the content promptly.

Retention Period
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes of use. Unless the law requires us to keep it, we delete it promptly once those purposes are fulfilled.
Original booking notification emails from booking platforms are deleted 180 days after we receive them. After that, we keep only the information needed to manage bookings (booking number, lead traveller's name, number of guests, date and type of tour), for as long as needed to manage bookings.
